What is 'panelized' construction?
Panelized construction focuses on producing flat panels - walls, floors, roofs - in a setting that is offsite from its final location. Panels are then transported to the construction site, and erected. This construction method streamlines the building process, ensures high precision, reduces waste and allows for quicker project turnarounds.
What makes Northern Pre-Built different?
We use an automated saw that reads digital construction drawings to streamline cutting and layout, enhancing both speed and accuracy for the framing and panelization processes - while also minimizing waste.
Does Northern Pre-Built build the structure for me?
We build custom small structures like sheds, greenhouses, saunas, and garden suites at our facility. You can choose from a full assembly, a siding package that includes wall, floor and roof panels finished with windows, doors, siding and roofing and all hardware, or a framing package that includes just the panels and you complete the installation and finishing work. Please note that the site or foundation must be prepared and levelled prior to construction.
We will panelize your construction project - ranging from small structures through to commercial buildings - and provide all the benefits of using our technology and equipment to ensure a high-quality product while accelerating the framing process, and minimizing waste.
What is included with my shed purchase?
This depends on the structure and package you choose:
Full assembly: The structure is fully finished and ready.
Siding package: The wall, roof and floor panels with windows, doors, siding and roofing is installed. You assemble on-site.
Framing package: The wall, roof, and floor panels are provided - you assemble and finish on-site.
Where are you based?
We are a Whitehorse, Yukon based company located at 5 Fraser Rd. (directly across from Kilrich) and 39 Denver Rd.
What is the product turnaround time?
This depends on the complexity and size of the project. We will work hard with you to achieve your timelines, and do carry some inventory of shed packages. Please reach out with your specific needs.
Do you offer delivery?

Do you offer warranty?
All structures purchased directly from us are covered with a one-year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship.
